Adami Niagara LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the HeyClean mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our App.
Our App requests access to your device’s camera to allow you to take photos or videos of the cleaning situation after a cleaning session is completed. These images or videos are intended to be shared with the host to document the state of the property. We do not access your camera or media files for any other purpose.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information unless you explicitly choose to provide it within the App. Any information you choose to provide will be used solely for the purpose for which it was provided and will not be shared without your consent.
We do not share your data with any third-party services, advertisers, or analytics providers. Your photos or videos are only shared with the host as part of the cleaning documentation process.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit through the App. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
